Jordi Parra, an Interaction Design student at the Umeå Institute of Design in Sweden, has created this cute music player through the popular music streaming application Spotify. This device communicates with the user thanks to 192 LED nodes, which display volume levels, battery life, and Internet connectivity on the device’s face.
This gadget uses RFID technology, as each tag is linked to a playlist, it is possible to choose what it is desired to listen. Furthermore, there are two buttons to skip the track forward or backward, and a volume wheel. As soon as the tag is set on the wheel, the corresponding playlist starts, and when it is removed it stops.
